Right of withdrawal
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the event, no costs will be incurred.
From the 30th day before the start of the event, we will charge 40% of the stand fees and ancillary costs.
From the 10th day before the start of the event, we charge 100% of the stand fees and ancillary costs.
Special case WOA: As the WOA incurs a revenue share, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €250 for cancellations from the 30th day to the 11th day before the start of the event and a fee of €500 from the 10th day before the start of the event.
Revocation/cancellation is only permitted in writing (e-mail/post).
