Umsonst & Draussen - Zollernalb

Since its premiere in 1987, the U&D Festival has been an independent, non-profit youth event in the Zollernalb district. This means that the festival is not supported by any major sponsors who want to put their stamp on the whole thing.

The organisers are committed to supporting the rock and metal scene in the region and in the Zollernalb district in particular. Young bands have always played their first concerts on a professional festival stage at the festival and have been able to pick up valuable tips from more experienced colleagues. And there are also old acquaintances who have been regular guests at the event for many years. Experienced musicians appreciate the uncomplicated, informal atmosphere that prevails at the festival and help to create its very special flair.
