The prices do not include VAT. The stand fee must be paid in cash before the stand is set up or transferred in advance. In certain cases, the stand fee is payable in advance after invoicing. The depth of the stand must be adapted to the local conditions, but may not exceed a maximum of 8 meters.
The calculation basis is always the longest side of the stand.
The statutory provisions governing itinerant trades must be complied with. The traveling trade license must be carried and presented on request. The stand operator is a registered trader and is aware of his rights and obligations.
The following articles or items may not be sold under any circumstances: Drugs, weapons, bootlegs, food & drinks, pornographic and other items on the index, tobacco, cigarettes, etc.
The sale or free distribution of band/artist merchandise of the bands performing at the festival is also prohibited, as these rights are exclusive. The production, sale or free distribution of festival-related merchandise is also prohibited.
The equipment for a stand in the outdoor area must be brought by the stand operators themselves. The individual traders must carry sufficient power cables themselves. All electrical equipment must comply with VDE regulations. The stand operator is liable for power failures and any resulting damage. The structures must be secured in such a way that public safety is not endangered. Traders are subject to their own traffic safety obligation. Stands must comply with the safety regulations and must be approved by the TÜV if this is required. The stand operator is solely liable for any damage caused by the stand operator. The stand operator undertakes to have taken out appropriate liability insurance. The stand operator shall bear the costs of stand conversions resulting from organizational/logistical changes.
The right to a permanent stand expires 2 hours before the public is admitted.
The regulatory authorities must be granted access at all times.
Employees over the age of 18 must comply with the provisions of the Labor Act of 06.06.1994 (BGBI I p. 1170), last amended by the Act of 09.06.1998 (BGBI I p. 1242), in particular §§4 and 5 thereof concerning rest breaks and rest periods.
The provisions of the Youth Employment Protection Act of 12.04.1976 (BGBI I p. 965), last amended by the Act of 26.01.1998 (BGBI IS. 164), apply to young people under the age of 18.
Every employee who is employed on a Sunday must be granted a substitute rest day within 2 weeks, but no later than the second Sunday thereafter. Each substitute rest day granted day of rest granted must be shown separately in the time sheets.
Expectant or nursing mothers and young people may not be employed on Sundays or public holidays. Children may also not be employed.
It is strictly forbidden to bring animals for animal welfare reasons!
It is forbidden to sell or distribute religious objects (signs, symbols, leaflets or other printed matter) at the sales stand!
Vendor's tray sales are only permitted with express written permission. Otherwise they are not permitted. If the event has an exclusive cashless payment system, the acceptance of any other means of payment is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the stand being closed. The exact procedure for the cashless payment system can be found in the respective house rules.
The stand operator releases the organizer and Wiehagen from liability towards third parties for damages of any kind caused by him or his employees. The stand operator undertakes to ensure that he and his employees are sober and free of all drugs during the entire event, including set-up and dismantling times. The sales stand must be designed in an aesthetically pleasing manner in keeping with the character of the event. The contract shall not be deemed to have been concluded until the registration confirmation has been sent. If the stand operator cancels, we will charge 40% of the rental fee from the 30th day before the event and 100% from the 10th day before the event. Cancellations can only be made in writing. In the event of overbooking or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, we reserve the right not to issue a confirmation of registration to the stand operator. Only the stand space itself will be rented. Stand positions cannot be bindingly confirmed.
Access authorizations to the dealer area (dealer wristbands) may only be issued to employees of the stand operator. Selling or passing them on to unauthorized persons is not permitted under any circumstances and will result in immediate stand closure without refund of the stand rental fee.
Sales tables are provided for dealers in the METAL MARKT.
Cleaning” only refers to removal. All garbage must be properly stored in boxes or garbage bags. A deposit of € 100 per stand will be charged, which will be refunded immediately if the stand is left in an orderly manner. If the event is generally canceled, for whatever reason, only the stand fee paid up to that point will be refunded. There is no legal claim beyond this. Verbal agreements are not binding.
The regulatory authorities and employees of Wiehagen Publishing & Eventservice are entitled to take photos/videos of the sales/promotion stands at any time!
Bookings that are not made online require an additional charge of EURO 15,--.
Severability clause:
Should one or more provisions of this contract be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provisions shall be replaced retroactively by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the intended provision.
